2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments can be made online or in person using cash, cards, or UPI.
• All payments for services are non-refundable, except in cases of service dissatisfaction, which will be handled at management’s discretion.
• Packages and promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Service Disclaimer

• Our skincare treatments are performed by trained professionals, but results may vary based on individual skin types and conditions.
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. Clients with specific skin concerns should consult a dermatologist before booking a service.

5. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers must be used before the expiration date and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

• We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal data collected is kept secure and used only for appointment scheduling, service updates, and promotional purposes (if opted in).
